You can be filling DBcaps® capsules the same day you receive the ProFill DB! A great alternative to waiting for change parts or setting up ring-type or automatic fillers for a small batch.
	Double blind 1,000 to 1,500 doses/hour depending on operator speed.				Available for immediate delivery at US$1850, FOB New Jersey, USA. Separate system required for each capsule size: AAel, AA, A, B & D. Not available in C & E
	Easy cleaning & high GMP as powder contact parts are stainless steel & anodized aluminum.

*The regular ProFill 100 mechanical separation system achieves 100% separation on standard size capsules (000-5). For the shorter DBcaps® capsules the ProFill DB incorporates a patent pending “single plane” capsule separation system that typically separates 95-100% of DB capsules based on capsule size and operator technique (can be as low as 90%). The remaining capsules have to be separated by hand which takes about a minute. This is preferable to separating 100% of the capsules by hand or setting up automatic filler for a small batch.
