*Torpac Filler uses a pre-measured amount of powder for each batch of 300 capsules and positive tamping. This simple, batch fill method and tamping gives fill weights within USP limits and typically within 2-3% of the mean weight.

*No need for multiple adjustments and weight checks during production (e.g. ring speed, augur speed, tamping force) to ensure uniform filling.

*You can fill powders that are not free flowing or do not include lubricants or glidants.

Powders filled within USP limits on the Filler include:

Antibiotics: ampicillin, amoxycillin, cephalexin, rifampicin, tetracycline, etc.

Nutritionals: multivitamins, copper oxide, ginseng, herbal and aryuvedic powders.

Meets US and European Pharmacopoeia standards for fill weight variation.

Generally customers obtain fill weights within +/- 2-3% of mean weight.
