1) Place capsules into tray.

2) Place loading tray on machine.

3) Pull handle to secure capsule bodies in machine.

4) Hold rear handle & push down on long handle to separate caps from bodies.

5) Set caps aside.  All caps are conveniently in the tray.

6) Push handle back.  Capsule bodies will drop down and become level with filling surface.

7) Place powder tray on machine to keep powder from spilling.

8) Pour & spread the pre-measured powder.  Move excess powder onto powder tray's reservoir.

9) Lower tamper.

10) Turn handle to compress powder so you can fill more powder into each capsule.

11) Raise tamper & spread excess powder from reservoir into capsules.  This ensures uniform fill weights.

12) Return the tray containing caps to machine.

13) Push "slider" in and lower locking plate.

14) Push down on long handle.  Bodies are pushed up into caps, locking the capsules.

15) Lift locking plate and pull "slider" out.

16) Remove tray with filled, locked capsules ready for packaging!!
